Hi mate, I left a post under your error 9808 section asking for help. Basically I had the 9808 error and unchecked the box but my problem still persists. Basically it look as though istore is running on its most simple setting. With no pictures or graphics, just a few words and question marks. This is since upgrading to the new itunes. What on earth is going on? PLease can you post the reply below this. Thank you
p.s. I am on Vista
Me again...I have just noticed that my genius bar works and I can buy songs which appear on that, but if I can find something amongst the miles of basic blue text in the 'istore' I cannot click on it or buy it. HELP!!! You're the only man that can!
I've got a question.
If I want to format my PC and still be able to manage my music/app library. How do I do that?
Beacause now, if I plug in my iPhone to a second PC and try to manage music and apps I can't...
Hello,
Any way to extract App info & review text from iTunes (Mac)? There's no way to select or copy and paste as far as I can tell...alternately, is there any way to convert iTunes App screens to pdf? (without taking a screenshot first)
Thanks,
Steve Brykman

transferring your media using an external hard drive would be easiest.
